We know that excellent exterior painting consists of the following:

The right colors
Choosing just the right palette to compliment your house’s style and landscaping can be difficult.  For no additional charge, we offer the services of our on-staff color consultant.  With over 10 years of experience, she can help you choose colors that reflect your tastes and fit your house.

Preparation
We know that careful surface preparation is crucial to an excellent paint job.  To that end, our services include the following:

• An on-staff, experienced carpenter -- repairing or replacing damaged siding, cedar shingles and exterior woodwork (soffits, sills, facia, moldings, porch railings, etc.)  and fixing or installing flashing to mitigate future damage
• Pressure washing to remove dirt, mildew, and oils
• Scraping off loose or cracked paint
• Spot priming and sealing stains
• Caulking joints and seams with quality caulk appropriate to the paint and the situation
  
  

Commitment to quality
We prefer to apply exterior paints with a hand-brush rather than a sprayer to ensure that the sides and bottom edges are sealed with paint.  We recommend Sherwin-Williams and Duron exterior paints for their excellent adhesion and smooth application, but will use other brands if you request them.

Customer focus
How we take care of our customers is as important to us as the quality of our work. For that reason, you have a dedicated project manager who oversees the quality, communication, scheduling, and clean-up of your job.  The project manager answers any question you have and keeps you apprised of the schedule and progress.  Painting can be a disruption to your household, so we stay on-time and on-schedule.  In addition, we respect your property, carefully ensuring that your possessions are not harmed.  We always leave the worksite clean and tidy to your satisfaction.

Additional Services
In addition to high quality exterior painting, we also offer the following services:

• Deck restoration --  Including repairs, pressure washing, staining and sealing.
• HardiPlank installation – HardiPlank is a fiber-cement siding that resists rotting, cracking, and weather damage, is low maintenance, and takes paint beautifully. • Liquid Ceramic® painting – Liquid Ceramic®  is a polymer coating that is thicker and longer lasting than traditional paint.
